Similarity and Plagiarism Policy
Authors must ensure that their submissions are original works, with appropriate citations for any referenced materials.
Plagiarism in any form constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is strictly prohibited by the Journal of Advanced Supply Chain Management.
All submitted manuscripts will be screened using Turnitin to assess the similarity index and potential plagiarism.
Direct quotations from the author(s)' previously published works or other sources must be enclosed in quotation marks and properly cited.
The overall similarity index must not exceed 10%.
The similarity index from any single source must not exceed 3%.
Authors must declare in the author agreement form that their manuscript meets the similarity requirements.
If a manuscript exceeds the 10% similarity threshold, it may be rejected outright or subjected to conditional acceptance at the discretion of the editorial board.
Authors may be given an opportunity to revise their work to align with the journal’s plagiarism policy.

Authors must disclose any use of generative AI tools in the writing process. This includes AI-powered text generators such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude 2
- Google Bard
- Bing Chat
- Microsoft Designer
- Notion AI
- ChatGPT W/internet
- Midjourney
Authors should specify
- The AI tool usedand the extent of its involvement in the writing process.
- The impact of AI toolson their manuscript, including how they influenced content, structure, or style.
- A proper citation or acknowledgmentof the AI tool if applicable.
- This policy does not apply to essential tools used for grammar checking, spell checking, or reference management, which do not require disclosure.

"The author(s) of this work used [AI tool name] to [describe the specific use, e.g., draft sections, generate ideas, or improve readability]. After utilizing the tool, the author(s) reviewed and revised the content to ensure accuracy and take full responsibility for the final manuscript."
